Our journey began with the refurbishment of park homes, taking much-loved but older properties and giving them a fresh new life. Working side by side with homeowners, we learned the importance of listening, minimising disruption, and supporting people every step of the way. That experience gave us not only an eye for quality and craftsmanship, but also a deep understanding of what residents truly value: comfort, trust, and the reassurance that they are in good hands.

Building on that foundation, our directors went on to create high-quality homes from the ground up. The knowledge we gained through refurbishment helped us design and deliver homes built to last while always putting customer care at the heart of everything we do. Over the years, we’ve worked closely with park operators and residents across the country, constantly learning, improving, and strengthening our values of honesty, respect, and exceptional service.

When we transitioned into owning residential parks, starting with Mill House Park in 2009, our vision was simple: to raise standards across the board. From thoughtful management to personalised support, we wanted every resident to feel not only welcomed, but genuinely looked after.

Our residential parks cater specifically for the over-45s, offering a wonderful opportunity for those looking to retire or semi-retire. With a range of fully furnished, single-storey detached homes in different styles and price points, there truly is something for everyone. Many of our show homes are ready for you to view and move into straight away, giving you a smooth and effortless transition into your new lifestyle.
